Kirstie graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree (Honours) Physiotherapy in 1997 and worked in the NHS for many years, gaining experience in orthopaedics, musculoskeletal injuries, hydrotherapy and general rehabilitation. Following this, Kirstie travelled to Australia where she worked with Aussie rules football teams, rugby teams and gymnasts, gaining vast knowledge of sports injuries and Pilates rehabilitation.

Upon returning to Scotland, Kirstie worked for 15 years at BMI Ross Hall hospital in Glasgow, where she was part of the senior hospital management team. Here she developed expertise in post-surgical orthopaedic rehabilitation, sports injuries and spinal surgery, working very closely with the orthopaedic and neurosurgery consultants.

Kirstie is fully trained in musculoskeletal acupuncture and Pilates rehabilitation and has a lot of experience in treating patients with low back, neck and pelvic pain as well as post-natal physiotherapy, sports injuries and general musculoskeletal injuries.
