Had an appointment with Dr Ali recently. Arrived early and was greeted courteously by the practice manager, details taken and seated and checked in on throughout. Dr Ali was the perfect gentleman, extremely professional and courteous. Was able to very quickly get to the root of the issue and advise treatment. My experience of the Glasgow Private Clinic was wonderful. It was so easy to book an appointment online with zero hassle. There is also a box to describe your issues so that the doctor is already up to speed with what you will be discussing. The reception team were so welcoming and friendly. I was seen exactly on time with no waiting. I saw Dr Kanagalingam and and can’t recommend her highly enough. She listened so intently and had a lovely gentle manner which made me feel so comfortable in what can often be an uncomfortable environment. I’d been on the NHS waiting list for a scan which was at least 5 months long and she was able to scan during the appointment. She was so thorough and I left feeling like she’d lifted such a weight off my shoulders. Given the efficiency of the GPC and in particular the service provided by Dr Kanagalingam, I would definitely use them in the future should I require any medical advice or treatment.
