Emma is a hugely passionate Orthotist, who is committed to achieving the best results for her patients. Emma graduated from the University of Strathclyde in 2012 with a Distinction level Master of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics. Since graduating, Emma has held Orthotic positions in several NHS trusts across the UK as well as working privately in Glasgow for several years.

Aside from her clinical role, Emma returns to the University of Strathclyde as a guest lecturer, offering a practical and professional insight to students. Her knowledge and expertise are well regarded in the industry, with her extensive work in Multiple Sclerosis treatment leading to Emma being invited to present on her results across the UK and internationally.

Emma is called as an expert witness to provide comprehensive, medicolegal reports for civil cases. Her ongoing commitment to staying up to date with developments in the industry, and training from renowned legal training agency Bond Solon, make her a compelling industry expert in cases requiring orthotic input. Emma’s key areas of specialism include; adult neurological conditions, musculoskeletal conditions of the lower limb and gait analysis.
